About this event

Join us for a Day of Organisational Psychological Safety by Aginext, on Friday 11 June, an event intentionally designed for optimal interaction and unique, advanced conversations around creating a safe space for experimentation and collaboration at work.

A Day of Organisational Psychological Safety by Aginext (LIVE)In times of uncertainty and transition, how do we provide a psychologically safe working environment? How do we embrace diversity, inclusion and transparency in a way that allows everyone to succeed? No matter if on-site, hybrid or remote, how do we increase both trust and productivity on our teams? Increase creativity and decrease burnout? Move fast while creating a safe place to make mistakes, learn fast and pivot?

This one-day event features all original content in the form of one keynote, eight 20-min talks, five 45-min workshops, a panel, a fishbowl, remote games, and plenty of opportunities for networking and breaks, across two tracks:

Aginext is all about community — as much is gained from networking over coffee and in post-session discussion and breaks as from our stellar schedule — which is why, upon purchasing tickets, you will be invited to our exclusive Slack community which will help you network ahead and continue the conversation after. All Aginext events boast a great speaker-to-attendee ratio to foster intimate interactions and forward-thinking, problem-solving conversations.

After 19 events, the Aginext Community decided to create this special event because 2021 is a year of transition and the topic of psychological safety warrants its own focussed conversation. Because our addiction to burnout has to end and everyone benefits from being intentional about belonging.

Every member of our community — from speakers to attendees — is someone with an open, agile mindset contributing to a psychologically safe experience. Please read our Code of Conduct before purchasing a ticket. https://www.aginext.io/code-of-conduct/

By buying a ticket, you are enabling us to give away a scholarship ticket to someone who otherwise could not join. We will open up Diversity Ticket giveaways later in May.

Follow us on Twitter @AginextIO and on LinkedIn and please share that you’re joining to #Aginext and tell us what you hope to achieve this Friday together!

See you in June!
